The adoption of almost any federal law in the Russian Federation has its own socio-cultural consequences, regardless of its approval by civil society. The consequences of the adoption on December 29, 2017 of a Federal Law No. 462-FZ were quite controversial – and require further study by specialists in the field of law, as well as in the field of social conflicts.
